ADAPTIVE TARGETS

Targets that learn from you.

Everyone’s first target comes from established equations. With Premium, your own data takes over — MyMacroMentor reads your weight trend and your log week by week, adjusts your target, and states the reason.

WEEK OF JULY 14 · 173.4 LB Weekly review

Target adjusted −40 cal · your expenditure trended a little lower.

OPENS ON THE CAMERA

Log it the way it happened.

Meals don’t arrive one way, so logging shouldn’t either. The sheet opens on a live camera with one field under it — point at a plate and press the shutter, point at a barcode and it reads the code on sight, or type or say what you ate in the field. It shows you how it read your words, and lets you change its mind, before anything is logged. Log one thing and the header keeps the meal’s total and the day’s remaining calories in view. Tap one below to see it in the app.

BUILT IN

Made for real weeks.

The behaviors that keep a tracker useful on week six, working from day one.

A streak that travels with you

Consistent days earn streak freezes, a missed day opens a repair window, and a planned break holds your place. Come back from vacation with your progress intact.

Freeze used Streak safe at 12 days

Log it; it lands in the right meal

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks fill themselves in by when you logged — you never pick a slot. A late-night bowl moves to another meal from its own editor, and yesterday’s lunch copies to today whole, with one undo.

Lunch · 3 items 770 cal · copied from Monday

It knows your Tuesdays

Once a food repeats, the sheet offers it back with the evidence stated on the row — not a guess, a fact from your own log — and one tap logs it at your usual portion.

Cook once, log any portion

Build a recipe from search, a barcode, a spoken list or a photographed label, weigh the pot, and log any portion — dry or cooked, with the math visible end to end.

A target you can plan around

With Premium, your target changes at the weekly review and holds until the next one, with the reason stated.

Logging that works anywhere

Your foods live on your phone. Log on a flight, at a cabin, out of range — it saves the moment you tap Add.

Reminders that arrive with your numbers

An afternoon note when your protein is running behind, carrying the figure and where the rest usually comes from. An evening recap once the day has something to wrap, and a Sunday check-in with your week and your target. You choose which ones arrive.

72g of 160g protein so far Dinner usually gets you most of the rest.

A finished day, read back to you

When a day ends, the app tells you in plain words where it landed — how far from target, which macro moved it, and how it compares with your own usual week — and a month view opens any day you missed to fill it in.

Yesterday 120 cal below target · protein above its usual

Your week, read back on Sunday

On Sunday the week comes back whole — how many days landed inside your target, where your weight trend actually moved, and the one thing worth changing next week. With Premium, if your target moved, the reason is right there with the maths.

QUESTIONS

Plain answers.

When can I get it?

Soon — the app is built; App Store submission follows final testing.

What will it cost?

Logging is free — search, barcode, recipes, progress and streaks, with no limit. Free also includes three AI checks a week, shared across photo scans, described meals and label reads. Premium adds two things: weekly adaptive targets, and AI checks with no weekly cap. Premium starts with a 14-day free trial; exact pricing publishes at launch.

iPhone or Android?

iOS first. Android is planned — same app, same sign-in.

What happens to my data?

Your log lives on your phone. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy.

How precise do I have to be?

As precise as you feel like being. A scale and grams when it matters; a barcode, a photo, or a household portion when it doesn’t — the same log takes all of them.

How low will it set my calories?

There’s a floor. Recommendations stay above a safety level, and the app describes anything lower, in its own words, as “a level to set with a dietitian or doctor, not an app.”

Tracked in seconds. Read back at day’s end.
